Environment data is ephemeral and never backed up. Anything you put inside a preview environment — databases, files, seeded records — is temporary and may be destroyed at any time, including when a lease expires. Do not store personal data or anything sensitive that you cannot afford to lose, and never use ADMN for production. See our Terms of Service.
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information ADMN ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the ADMN platform and website. It does not cover the contents of the preview environments you create — those are ephemeral and under your control (see "Environment data" below).
2. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, and team details when you register.
- GitHub connection — when you connect GitHub, we store the installation reference needed to list branches and clone your repositories. This is the only third-party connection the Service requires.
- Usage & audit data — projects, features, deployment events, and an audit log of privileged actions, used to operate the Service and show you activity.
- Billing information — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store identifiers and subscription/usage metadata, not full card details.
- Technical data — basic logs and request metadata for security and reliability.
3. How we use information
We use your information to provide and operate the Service (provisioning environments, deploying your code, metering compute), to bill you, to secure the platform and prevent abuse, to communicate with you about your account, and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We share information with vendors who help us run the Service, including third-party cloud infrastructure providers (which host the managed environments), our payment processor (Stripe), and GitHub (for repository access you authorise). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
5. Environment data & retention
Preview environments are temporary by design. The data inside them — databases, files, and configuration — is created for that environment and destroyed when the environment is torn down or its lease expires. We do not back up environment data and cannot recover it once an environment is gone. We retain account, billing, and audit records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, accounting, and security purposes, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including encryption of sensitive credentials, tenant isolation, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and because environments are ephemeral and provided "as is", you should not place sensitive or irreplaceable data on them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can update your account details in-app or contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the application. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
