Preview environments only — not for production. ADMN provisions short-lived, ephemeral environments for development, testing, demos and review. They are not intended for production workloads or for storing any data you cannot afford to lose.
No guarantee against data loss. Environments — and every database, file and configuration on them — are temporary and may be destroyed at any time, including automatically when a lease expires. We do not back them up and make no guarantee of preserving, recovering, or preventing the loss of any data. Always keep your own source of truth and backups elsewhere.
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ADMN platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. What the Service is
ADMN is a control plane that provisions ephemeral, full-stack preview environments on dedicated, fully-managed virtual servers, wires them together, and tears them down. Each environment is intended to be created from a branch or pull request, used briefly, and destroyed. Environments are governed by auto-expiring leases and may be removed automatically when those leases lapse.
3. Acceptable use — non-production
The Service is provided for development, testing, demonstration and review purposes only. You agree that you will not:
- use the Service to run production systems, or any system on which real users, customers, revenue, or business operations depend;
- store on the Service any data that is a system of record, or any data (including personal data) that you are not able to lose, reproduce, or restore from elsewhere;
- use the Service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, or high-risk activities, or in any way that violates the rights of others;
- attempt to circumvent quotas, leases, isolation between tenants, or platform security.
4. Ephemerality & data loss
Environments are temporary by design. We may delete an environment and all of its contents at any time — for example when its lease expires, when you request teardown, during maintenance or recovery, or to protect the platform. We do not provide backups of environment data and do not guarantee that any data on an environment will persist or be recoverable. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups and authoritative copies of any code, data, or configuration you care about. ADMN is not liable for any loss of data on the Service.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account, your code and content, the connections you authorise (such as GitHub), and all activity under your account. You must keep your credentials secure and comply with the terms of any third-party services you connect. You retain ownership of your code and content; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf (such as cloning your repositories to deploy them).
6. Compute & billing
Compute is fully managed: ADMN provisions and operates the underlying servers for you. Plans consist of a platform fee plus metered compute, billed by the spec tier and time each environment runs. Fees are described at sign-up and on the pricing page and may change on notice. Auto-expiring leases are intended to keep idle environments from accruing cost, but you remain responsible for the environments you create. Charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, durability, or data preservation. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any data will be retained.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADMN and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including the loss or destruction of any environment or its contents. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required for security or legal reasons, or if your account is past due. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, environments and their data may be deleted.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
